With over 15 years in the industry, Rachel brings both experience and heart to everything she does. In 2013, she opened Salon K with a clear vision: to create a space where both clients and stylists feel genuinely comfortable, inspired, and seen. Her passion lies in blending beauty with connection—elevating the salon experience through creativity, care, and intentional design.
Carolee Nee
From a young age, I found joy in doing hair for friends, and by 20, I knew I wanted to turn that passion into a career. For me, hairstyling is more than just a job—it’s something I genuinely love. Every day in the salon feels exciting, creative, and fun. I’m grateful to do what I love while helping people feel confident and beautiful.
